Our kwoon is centrally situated in the Cape Town CBD, and offers a dedicated training space for students to meet and train.

Classes

Group classes are run during the week, in the evenings. Students warm-up, and stretch as a group, but progress through the various systems' syllabi at their own rate.

Anyone above the age of 16 may apply to join.
